Our “time shop” KING OF TIME!

Mr. Shioi Co., Ltd., which manages restaurants and franchise chains such as the set meal restaurant “Fukuraya” and the take-out fried chicken restaurant “Fukunokara”.
When opening the store, I was wondering whether to use a mechanical time card or KING OF TIME. In the end, I decided to introduce “KING OF TIME” by fingerprint authentication and password authentication because of its various options of stamping method.

Our company was founded in 2003 and introduced KING OF TIME in 2004, so it has been 12 years since we started using it.

Looking back on the beginning, I don’t think it was difficult to introduce the system, and I remember that the initial cost was reduced. In addition, we were able to smoothly take over the person in charge within the company without any problems. At first, I was a little worried about the support, but since three or four years ago, the response has improved and I am now using it with great peace of mind.

Currently, it is used by about 350 people including employees and part-time workers, and there is a lot of help and movement to other stores in part-time jobs, and management of hours and hourly wages is complicated.

 

However, with KING OF TIME, you can check in real time, which is useful for detailed hourly wage settings and calculation of transportation expenses. In addition, fingerprint authentication may be difficult to handle due to finger stains and powder due to cooking work in the store, so it is used in combination with password authentication. I think it is also convenient to use the stamping method properly according to the environment.

The part-time workers at each store are of a wide age group and some people are not accustomed to machines and PCs, but I have never heard that it is difficult to operate or stamp.

 

In our department, KING OF TIME is sometimes called “Time shop” with a nickname. I have been using it for 12 years, but KING OF TIME has become an indispensable part of our attendance management, so I think that we will continue to have a longer relationship.
