Overtime management
Various overtime calculation standards (regular / holiday / extra overtime) can be set for different employees, with different work rules, from part-time workers to full time employees.
Shift management
You can view, modify, and check work hours in real time. Employees can input their preferred work hours from their computers or mobile phones.
Administrative authority
KoT administrator can create a general administrator with appropriate authority which consists of divisional authority, affiliation authority, and employee type authority. These authorities can be combined with eachother.
Application approval
We have approval functions for 5 applications; 1. Schedule, 2.Time stamp, 3. Overtime limit, 4. Attendance confirmation, 5. Employee registration.
Administrators need only to choose “approve” or “reject”.
Alert
1.Alerts you when the prescribed time exceeds 40 hours per week
2.Alerts you when the number of prescribed hours plus overtime exceeds 50 hours per week. You can freely set the criteria for displaying alerts.
Supports a variety of work rules
It has all the features to deal with complex working rules that vary between companies. Various working rules such as flexible working and flexible working by week, month or year are supported.
Export
The data can be exported in Excel, CSV or PDF format. CSV data can also be imported into the payroll system.

If the job requires frequent outside work, you can use your smartphone to clock-in! Accurate time and attendance management is realized by acquiring location information from outside the office.
If you are worried about your employees' incorrect clock-in, use biometric methods such as fingerprint authentication and finger vein authentication for accurate identification.

Data is sent via Wifi or LAN, so you don't need to be connected to a PC to use it. It can be stamped by fingerprint authentication or IC card, and also comes with a door security device that works in conjunction with the huubap terminal.

The KING OF TIME App enables Geofencing clock-in. This means that administrator can easily set-up parameters where employees can clock-in with their mobile app.
Making use of the biometric capability of each phone without additional hardware cost. Also, this is especially useful during this period of pandemic where we want to minimize usage of a common device.
