What normally an inspector has to do in the inspection work at the manufacturing site or warehouse involves a very long process. From filling in the information on a paper form, taking pictures on the site with a digital camera, and then going back to the office to enter the information on the paper into the PC (data entry), or import the photographed data to PC. i-Reporter was born to solve that problem. It is the paperless solution for reporting with iPad, iPhone, and Windows tablets.
i-Reporter consists of four elements. The ConMas Server that stores data, the ConMas Manager for system management, the ConMas Designer that defines forms, and the i-Reporter application.
i-Reporter is widely used regardless of the type of business, such as manufacturing sites, warehouses, construction sites, etc.
You can import existing Excels into your tablet. The formulas in each cellls will be retained allowing you to fill out the form on the tablet just as if you were filling out a piece of paper printed from Excel.
By downloading the necessary information to the tablet in advance, you can fill out forms even without wi-fi there is no signal. Imput data will be uploaded to the server when you return to the place where the reception is available.
By using the API, you can link data input into i-Reporter to various external systems. This makes it possible to improve the efficiency of operations other than inspection work such as automatically entering data into the ERP system.
Specific items such as date, time, and location can be input automatically. The input content check function prevents input errors.
Native iOS/Windows application for light and fast operation. You can prevent mistakes and input omissions by setting the preset input items.
Directly import Excel forms into your tablet. Calculations are also inherited. A dedicated add-on for setting up in Excel is available, so you can easily design a report.
