Feedback from Mr. Sakai (General Affairs Department)
It is very helpful. We were able to significantly shorten the work process during payroll calculation.
Person-in-charge for each department also benefited from reduced workload, such as easy identification of situations such as late arrival, forgetting to stamp, and mistake in stamping, easy aggregation of working hours for each department.

If you haven’t decided to introduce KOT yet you should introduce KOT as soon as you can.

Issues before the introduction
I couldn’t identify the issues until the deadline was reached!
Asking each and every department to help me distinguish between payroll-applicable leaves, holidays, business trips… As well as their shifts, and time records.
I had to spend a lot of time checking the time card at the end of each month. This routine is very cumbersome.

Effect after introduction
Increased value-adding work by reducing time spent on administration
→ The work of managers, such as time card tabulation, has been reduced, and more time is spent focusing on the work of each department.

Visualization of attendance time

It has become possible to grasp the attendance time of each department in a timely and easy manner.
→It became easier to identify unfixed work such as being late or forgetting to stamp, which led to increased work productivity.
