Issues before system introduction

Before KING OF TIME

There was a heavy work burden such as attendance and early knock-off (twice a day, morning and evening) from the manager to the regional leader (group leader).

Overtime work of the person-in-charge was very frequent because the work was concentrated at the beginning of every month; such as sorting work of attendance records, contacting personnel with missing attendance, and checking the contents. In addition, the work burden was heavy.

The cost of printing the attendance record, the monthly shipping cost, and the storage space were enormous. Physical storage of records also made little sense since it is hard to extract the record.

The effect after system introduction

Solution with KING OF TIME!

The burden on area leaders is reduced greatly because the office can access the data in real-time on their own.

The clerical work required for attendance becomes a small daily routine, the work is standardised and the work burden is reduced.

By eliminating paper and physical attendance records, expenses such as fax communication charges, paper cost, ink ribbon charges, and attendance record shipping costs are eliminated.

Communication regarding attendance-related matters are also hastened.

Mr. Mihashi, General Manager of Business Management Department
In the past, the attendance record was read by OCR and used, so it took a lot of time and effort to confirm / correct errors and tabulate. In addition, since the movement of people cannot be seen in real-time, a report is made via telephone call at the time of attendance and departure, which is a burden on the manager and area leader.

After the introduction, it has become possible to improve compliance, eliminate unnecessary work, significantly improve operations, and manage attendance more accurately. The time spent on attendance management processing is instead used to provide services to condominium residents in an effort to improve our customer satisfaction. Focusing on our core business rather than the frictions of business operations.
