In Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, we are developing a wide range of services such as salons, schools and products specializing in eyelash extensions. The Foula Store has become the industry leader in Japan and overseas, and has now expanded to eight locations worldwide, including Japan, New York, Sao Paulo, and Dubai. Since 2018, KING OF TIME has been used by 43 people in 5 offices and stores in Japan and Hong Kong.

Before the introduction of KING OF TIME, attendance management was carried out using paper time cards. But as the number of employees increased, it took longer to count with paper time cards. In addition, because the accounting department manually entered the data, there was a problem of miscounting. Therefore, we decided to consider the introduction of an attendance management system, and as a result of considering multiple services, we decided to introduce KING OF TIME.

  • A variety of stamping methods such as PCs, smartphones, and stamping terminals can be selected.
  • It has abundant functions and was able to cover its own rules.
Is there any good point about introducing KING OF TIME?
This has led to a reduction in aggregation time. Aggregation mistakes have been reduced, and the burden on the accounting department has been greatly reduced.
Overtime hours can now be easily totalled in 1-minute units.
We are also satisfied with the fact that we can manage paid holidays. Employees can now check the number of paid holidays remaining on the time card screen, which is convenient for employees.

We were able to respond smoothly to working from home by declaring an emergency and managing leave by corona.

Could you briefly explain the flow of monthly attendance management?
In the office, each person uses their own PC for stamping, and in the store, they use a stamping terminal.
Forgetting to stamp or paid application is centrally managed by utilizing the application approval function.
When the monthly closing work is completed, the data is output as CSV and imported into Yayoi salary.
