The most important reason why we introduced KING OF TIME is a sense of security.

The time and attendance system I used before could not be managed in real-time, it took a long time to start up and output data, and I could not back up the data. Even if I make an inquiry due to trouble, I can not get an answer that I think that a problem with the Internet is pointed out or I am asked to restart, I am worried about the support and management system, and there is another better system I was looking for something that wasn’t there.

KING OF TIME can be managed in real-time, and the data backup system has been enhanced for 3 years, so I was relieved to have the sales staff carefully explain what KING OF TIME can and cannot do.

The support system is also safe, the basics can be solved in the Q & A corner on the homepage, and word search is easy to use. The support centre responded by phone and email, and it was quick and polite, and the transition from the previous system and initial settings went very smoothly.

In addition, since we are engaged in home-visit nursing and long-term care businesses, there are many special working hours such as night shifts that exceed dates, and until now it was difficult to manage working hours on the system. However, that problem was resolved by consulting with the person in charge of support. Rather than giving up if I can’t do it, I now think of it as a “consultation first”. KING OF TIME is very reliable because it will consult and respond even if it is not written in the manual.

It’s only a short time since we introduced KING OF TIME, but the person in charge at each of our offices has not complained, and we have received comments that basic problems such as stamping mistakes have decreased. I am very satisfied with the system and support system.
