Issues before introduction

Since the 24-hour operation system has been established, the work system has become complicated and the burden of attendance management has increased.
I felt that there was a limit to attendance management with free software + Excel.
The initial software only supported about three types of shift patterns, and employees had to be forced to perform complicated operations each time they worked shorter hours.
I had to take the extracted data into my PC one by one and work on it.

While it was difficult to find an attendance management solution that suits my company’s circumstances, I turned my attention to “KING OF TIME.” Temporarily introduced it from the fall of 2014, and first proceeded with verification while using it with a small number of people, and I was convinced that I could go! Implementation. We officially decided to replace the system, which led to the full-scale introduction in June 2015.
