Issues before introduction

  • Since the store manager calculates the time manually (prescribed, overtime, midnight) and enters it in Excel, a counting error can occur on the man-hours worked.
  • Since shifts were also created in Excel, it took a lot of time and effort to collate shifts with actual working hours.
  • The number of days left on annual leave can only be confirmed on the monthly salary statement.
  • Since the number of days left for leave was managed using the paper, there is a time-lapse for accurate data.
